This venue has the capacity to seat 85 guests.

We have a variety of ways to pay. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, money order, Venmo, Paypal, and Cashapp. Checks are not accepted.

In order to hold your date, you must pay the non-refundable booking fee. After this, your date and time are guaranteed.

No, they do not. Rental fees are in addition to the non-refundable deposit.

We hold online bookings for 24 hours. The non-refundable booking fee must be paid within that timeframe in order to guarantee date/time.

The day before your event is scheduled to begin. You may remit payment earlier if you so choose.

Yes, all customers must a waiver and payment agreement. 

Yes, we have so many great on-site products for additional rental fees. These items include:

• Balloon inflators (Popular! We have 3)

• Smoking Column (for cigarrette disposal) - THIS IS FREE, but we require that this be requested as we have had this stolen from us many times. :(

We are always adding new products to our inventory to help make your experience as stress-free as possible.

We aim to provide you with items to help you while you're celebrating!

These items are on-site and available to use, at your discretion:

• Rolling cart to haul your items in and out of the building
• Free Wi-Fi (Password given on the day of event)
• Full-size Refrigerator with Freezer
• Microwave
• Coffee Maker with mugs
• Various porcelain serving dishes
• Serving utensils
• Knives
• Pots and pans
• Ziplock bags, seran wrap, tin foil - to use for your leftovers

Any complimentary items used (from the kitchen) should be washed and left to dry.

Set-up/decorating, celebration/party, and cleanup is within the reserved timeframe.  We cannot allow decorating or cleanup before or after reserved time. 

We will stand the tables for you. 

Folded chairs will be set to the side along the wall. 

If you have additional rental items, you will have them on your tables. 

Please get in touch with us immediately if you have any questions or if anything is missing.

We aim to make this as easy as possible for you. 

Please leave tables standing and return folding chairs to the wall. If you rented tablecloths, feel free to leave them on the tables after the event. We will launder these for the next party.

We ask that large spills be cleaned during your event, but we do routine cleaning after parties leave.

Any complimentary items used (from the kitchen) should be washed and left to dry.

Please remove all garbage liners used during your rental time from the dumpster up the driveway.

Changes MUST be made no later than 72 hours before the scheduled event. This includes:

• inquiring about a the possibility of extending event time-frame
• request of additional rental-items

This is owned by the adjacent daycare. Please do not have your party attendees use the playground equipment.
